Take the vital first step

Whether you’d like to know more about my therapeutic approach, expertise, availability, or simply wish to discuss any concerns or apprehensions you might have, please do get in touch. Contacting me could be your first step towards finding the help and support you deserve.

For me, confidentiality is not just a professional requirement but a fundamental principle that I hold dear. You can be assured that anything you share with me, whether it’s through an email, over the phone, or in person during sessions, will be treated with total discretion.

It’s human nature that we don’t always get along with everyone, so I offer a free 30-minute initial session so that you have an opportunity to see if we are a good fit.

Just use the form to send me a message. I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can.

You can also call me on 07973 759578. If I can’t answer, please leave a message and I will contact you. If you’d prefer, feel free to send a text or WhatsApp message to the same number.
